Our Action Strength ™ program is a unique product of the Jeet Kune Do Athletic Association. It consist of Malavidya (Indian body-manipulation exercises), Tai Chi (Chinese movement and breathing exercises), Russian Kettlebells, Indian Mace (Gada), and various other body-weight based exercises .

Focusing on functional fitness, Action Strength is a proven program that greatly enhances core strength, movement, power generation and stamina. It is currently used by the JKDAA to train professional athletes to maximize their performance.

Not only is it a great way to lose fat and build muscle fast, it also increases the awareness of your own body, and the efficiency of your movement.
